At My Little Friend, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order, to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
